I had my hair cut then the lady told me they didn't have the tools to blowdry my hair. There was a big huge hair dryer right in front of me. I think they just wanted to close on time but I was done way before close... she could've blow dried my hair. I'm not coming back.

Waited in line before the store opened with my kids to get their haircuts. When the store opened we were the 4th in-line and when we went in there were already 4 names on the board. When I asked the stylist she had no explanation. The other stylist came over and said that she registered them. I asked how was that when they weren’t there. She said they were and we all said that we just watched them drive up. Great way to take family over paying customers. Very poor service. Will never go back and will tell people not to go there.

I showed up before my time and the boars showed I had to wait 18 mins , that time went by and they changed my wait time to another 25 mins. The service was terrible and they weren't friendly at all .
