Waited in line before the store opened with my kids to get their haircuts. When the store opened we were the 4th in-line and when we went in there were already 4 names on the board. When I asked the stylist she had no explanation. The other stylist came over and said that she registered them. I asked how was that when they weren’t there. She said they were and we all said that we just watched them drive up. Great way to take family over paying customers. Very poor service. Will never go back and will tell people not to go there.

Very bad customer service experience. Checked in online and had a time allotted for my sons haircut. Got there in time and was told upon arrival that we would have to wait an hour because someone else was before us (even though they weren’t there on time and we were scheduled ahead of them). I won’t be going back there after the way this was handled and the unprofessional service (or lack thereof) that we received.

My usual barber wasn’t in. Decided to roll the dice and try another one for today. Walked in, there wasn’t a wait. Figured it wouldn’t take long. One woman was doing payroll, so couldn’t take me. The barber was in the bathroom I guess. Waited for about five min. Again, no line. Decided to go elsewhere. Poor service. Won’t visit again. To save their embarrassment, I decided not to post names.
